I’ve been searching the net and HP’s sites and various apps for the last hour trying to get support; it appears there is an issue with the support pages now so half of them aren’t coming up, and when I try to talk to an agent the virtual assistant isn’t able to get the info on my warranty which I guess is needed?
I’ve been subscribed to instant ink for years and think I should be able to let them know that my printer isn’t correctly seeing that my black cartridge is out and I need a new one! I’ve been paying the subscription consistently and haven’t once been eligible for a new cartridge in the past year. Please offer a way for us to submit cases via email or have a phone call to reach representatives when your servers are down!
