I keep on getting the same error message from the printer to take the cartridges out and re install.
i have done this several times and have had a look on the forum and tried the different troubleshoot methods.
Nothing seems to work, please can someone from the HP workforce help me with this error as I cannot print and it says on my account that no cartridges will
be sent out till the error goes away.

Hi Rich, as no-one replied to the private message I received and replied to, I rang them this morning (UK 0207 number). I got through straight away and the lady solved my problem (took about 20 minutes) and re-booting printer and my laptop. It turns out that I needed black ink (which they are sending) so printer currently working with colour ink only.

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
