Product: Deskjet 5740

Hi Guys 

 

My hp deskjet 5740 will not recognise my new colour ink cartridge is there a way to get a replacement as I think mine is faulty. I have tried all the trouble shooting and nothing will work.

If you insert your old ink, does the Printer then recognize it? Also, is the printer on the HP Instant Ink Program?
