Hp envy Printer trying to connect to Web services

Hi there. I just purchased the hp envy 5032, and it's all connected to the Internet. I can view. It on my hp connect account and it shows me the ink levels ect. However when I try and set up hp instant it says not connected to Web services. The printer on the Web service button constantly says the printer is trying to connect to Web services. I've followed several instruction on here using embedded Web server (EWS) to change ip addresses ect and still no luck. How do I connect to Web server and enroll in hp ink.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Restart the wireless router and the printer.

Check if the printer is connected to the internet.

 

Press the HP ePrint icon on your control panel display and select Remove Web Services. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove Web Services, press the HP ePrint icon again, and then follow the prompts to re-enable Web Services. A new Printer Info Page prints with a new claim code. Try to claim the printer again using the new claim code. If the page does not print, see the troubleshooting item "The printer info page did not print". If you are unable to find the HP ePrint icon on your control panel display, see "Cannot find HP ePrint icon on printer control panel display".

 

Update the printer firmware

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Tools > Update the printer > Check now

 

Turn on web services

Refer to this document to know how.

 

If the issue persists, follow the steps mentioned in this document.
