My account was blocked because the payment could not be done to our creditcard.

I already changed my payment methode twice.

Now we finaly can print again, but our cartridges are dryed out. After cleaning everything for 5 times, we still have stripes in our text. I think its only the black ink that is dryed out. Is it possible to get a new one, maybe we sent it back for recyclage?
