HP Instant Ink
Microsoft Windows 11

I asked to have my instant ink account suspended 19th of July, but they charged my credit card on the 24th of July for $27.00, but I have not printed anything from my printer since I had my account suspended so I shouldn't be charged for anything, so why am I getting notifications saying that my account payment is now delinquent and I am going to lose my ability to print unless I pay this bill. Why am I being charged when I had my account suspended and I haven't printed anything since the suspension was put on. This is nuts!
