Hp instant ink app says that I am good on ink but my printer and hp app say my color ink is out.

Hp instant ink app says that I am good on ink and it does not need to be replaced for awhile but my printer and hp app say my color ink is out abs when I print the color is bad! How do I get hp I stank ink to send me a colored cartridge even though in that part it says that the cartridge is fine.
