I am enrolled to hp instant ink plan 0.99 15 pages per month with 45 pages rollover. I printed 16 pages in August that used 1 page from rollover of 45. In September again I printed 16 pages, it printed 15 from my quota and 0 from 1 of rollover. Now in October when I printed 16 pages, it is showing I don't have any rollover pages left and I will be charged for the additional page printed. What happened to the 43 pages of rollover that I had in August and don't seem to have now?
