I am having an issue with the profile page of hp instant ink, it keeps refreshing without giving me any time to interact with it.
I also bought a monthly plan with instant ink service.
But since i can't even interact with my profile on your website, i can't check anything, not my payment plan and even my cartridge supply, am out of colour from already 2 days and now it's the third day.
Fix this issue or refund me

To better assist you - Have you tried an alternate browser to access the account page?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
