Product: Officejet 3830
Hi, I am currently enrolled in the instant ink. It has worked out well for us so far. I received a replacement black cartridge. I went to replace it, and it told me to install the new cartridge. I followed all of the troubleshooting and still couldn't get it to work. I had to go and purchase a new ink cartridge because the one I received was defective. Do I have to re-enroll again?
