Product: HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer 
I've been paying 3.99 euros a month for three years, but I've only received the cartridges once.

Actually, I don't connect to the internet very often with the printer, but I don't think it's right to request the payment of the plan every month without sending the cartridges
