Hp office pro

Hello! I upgraded my wifi with AT&T. My printer will not work now. I reset to factory settings and its connected to the wifi but wont print. I have a mac. Any suggestions?

Dear Amy63,

 

If your printer is compatible with HP Smart, then try to connect to your printer with the steps in the app. Visit www.123.hp.com  and enter your printer's information to download the HP Smart App.  If you have a mobile device, then you can try to get the app on the device and then connect the printer to the computer. If your printer has a touchscreen, then you may be able to connect to your new WiFi from the printer.
