HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer

I spent a day and a half trying to get my printer to print. Hp smart showed wifi connected but said no internet.  I did every trouble shoot i could find without success.  We had the hp ink plus subscription but because our credit card had been hacked the ink subscription lapsed. I started checking and if you don't keep your subscription or send their ink back hp can prevent your printer from printing.  It would have been nice if the "i" that printed issues would have straight up said that my printer had been "repoed " because of this subscription. I hope this helps someone else because I do not feel that it is clear that since it is "their" ink they can stop my printer from working

  • Check for Software Updates: Ensure that both your printer firmware and the HP Smart app are up to date.
