Hugely disappointed in HP desk jet 2720 & lack of support. I want to complain in writing.

I want to complain in writing about the near useless printer I  have purchased. I have to delete all the drivers & re-install the software every time I want to print something. This allegedly is "keeping it simple". I  was more or less forced into signing up for an instant ink account but I cannot get back into it, though having only printed documents in single figures since the purchase I doubt I am about to run out . I am hugely disappointed & could have accomplished by hand what I wished in a third of the time that I have had to muck about  with the HP so called support system.
