After being HP instant ink for the last 6 months and I have paid in full for every month of service. So rightfully any rollover pages I have acquired I've already purchased by paying the precious' month's payment without going past the printing allotted. I should be able to use them at my discretion if I don't cancel my HP ink subscription but don't have the funds to pay the monthly fee for this time. I should still be able to use my Paid rollover Pages because they were previously paid for can somebody please explain to me why a paid product is not being delivered to me? I don't want the answer of because my account is currently suspended I want to know why I paid for a product that I can't use unless it's under your terms and guidelines

Generally, I am not an angry disgruntled consumer. When already aggravated by the service to receive an auto message without a solution.....LEAVES ME INFURIATED BY THE LACK OF CUSTOMER Service and disregard of the current issue.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
