I cancelled my contract that came with the printer, and now it won't print. What do I do ??

I'd like to help!

 

If you have canceled your account and are not able to print, here's what you need to know & do:

 

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

 

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

 

when done successfully, check if it works fine.

Hi

I cannot seem to get a reply to my message over the weekend. 

I cancelled my subscription to Instant ink effective 25 November. However on reflection I wouldlikw to reinstate my account but I am 2 days out of time. Can someone help me to reinstate my hp instant ink account. Using my original HP INK CARRRIDGES.
