I JUST BOUGHT A NEW PRINTER WITH A INSTANT INK CARD HOWEVER, THE CODE DOES NOT WORK

I JUST BOGHT A INSTANT INK CARD TO RENUE MY INK PLAN HOWEVER ONCE I WAS TRING TO ADD THE CODE IT KEEPS TELLING ME CODE EXPIRED. BUT I JUST BOUGHT IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE????
