I already have an account and I thought that it would be easy to add a n additional shipping address for a second printer in another office location. I tried to register a business account but since my email is already registered it wouldn't let me.

Are you trying to add an address to the instant ink account?

If yes, this might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.

I do not see the step by step process to speak with support. I did speak with support regarding this already and it was like talking to a wall.
