I am getting a message to remove and reinstall ink cartridges and they are brand new.

Hp office jet pro 6968

I loaded new ink into my printer after watching the video but I keep getting a message to reinstall making sure it is correctly installed. This is the third set of ink I have tried but It’s not the ink, it’s the printer not recognizing that it’s installed! HELP

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
