I am low on ink, the counter in the webpage is not accurate.

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been unable to print anything in black. I am using the instant ink. I am a subscriber to the program. I am very low on ink but the page count shows only nine pages printed? My color ink is low too.

I have tried the cleaning option to no avail.
