I have just bought a new printer today and every time I try to enrol in Instant Ink the enrolment form is pre-filled with 'USA' and won't let me change to UK

 

This is a very annoying issue, as I need to do lots of printing and have an offer of a 3 month trial included with my printer purchase.

 

Please can you help me to sort out this problem?

Have tried on both android phone & Windows PC, with Google Chrome ,& Duck Duck Go, but still face the same issue of your form thinking that I am in the USA when I am in Uk.

 

Please advise how you will be resolving this issue, as I already need to order more ink?

Thanks for the link, but it still leads me to the same form with USA embedded in it & not able to change to UK.

 

Can someone do the application with me over the phone perhaps instead?

 

This is getting really frustrating now and has wasted alot of my time.
