Product: HP Envy 6032
I have purchased the HP Envy 6032 printer today, it was advertised with £15 cash back (this cant be applied for until 14 days after purchase) but also a 5 month free trial for the Instant Ink plan... when going through all the instructions to set up, the only option I was given was to select a payment plan... I chose the £3.49 a month plan but still after doing this, there was no mention of the 5 month free plan... does anyone know where/if I went wrong?
