Hi I am part of instant ink and my black cartridge is showing an error and asking me to remove and reinstall. I have done this numerous times and have also followed the instructions to clean the ink holder in the printer but it still does not work. It says if this doesn’t work replace the cartridge but I can’t seem to do this on the website. Please could you advise how I get a replacement cartridge as part of instant ink?
