Solved!

I am paying monthly for new ink on contact. HP have stopped sending ink. How can i tell them this

HP Recommended
HP Envy 5644
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have no error message but when I log onto my ink account it tells me to load the cartridges I received last June are the ones that are already installed and have run out.

The 'Chat Line' just doesn't have the capacity to understand the issue.

How can I contact someone to get this sorted out (I'm in UK by the way)
