I have a well established Instant Ink account. Both cartridges need replacing but my account shows none have yet been shipped. Have been unable to source help as virtual agent does not understand and the call centre is closed. I need to print some documents today. If I purchase some locally and install them so I can continue to work, will that result in my Instant Ink account being cancelled?
