I am trying to set my new printer up for Instant Ink. I get the error code GSC0020. I note others with the same problem, but no solution. I live in Spain. HP PLEASE HELP.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are receiving a GSC002 error when trying to register in the instant ink service.

 

Have you tried using a different browser?

 

If yes and the issue persists, I'd recommend you contact the HP Instant Ink team(contact info can be found on the home page) in your region for further assistance.
