I  I'm trying to sign up for instant ink but the printer number coming up on my order is different from my actual printer number? Is this correct or normal?

I'd like to help!

 

HP ENVY 4500 Series is eligible for instant ink service, If you are not seeing the printer on the enrollment window please share an image of your screen.

 

Refer to the document for instructions on how to enroll in the service- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

I get a different printer model #... mine is the Envy 4500...and it is telling me a different model # when  I connect? Why?
