I appear to have a faulty cartridge 63/302 can't get hold of hp to return number just rings out

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".

JULY 2019 WAS THE LAST TIME I RECEIVED INK MY PRINTER SHOWS THE COLOUR INK IS EMPTY AND NOW SAYING THERES A PROBLEM WITH THE INK CARTRIDGE AND CANT USE MY PRINTER BECAUSE OF THIS

Make sure the printer is connected to the Internet for the Instant Ink servers to track the ink cartridge information.

 

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
