HP DeskJet 2633 All-in-One Printer

Hello folks.

 

I bought a used HP Deskjet 2633 from my friend and she had an HP Instant Ink account. I would like to create another HP Instant Ink account  But I can not print the infomation page with the code. How to resolve this problem? Thank you.

I'd like to help!

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Is the previous owner canceled the instant ink account?

 

If yes, here's what you need to know & do:

 

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer of the old account, it may not work. You may have to remove all the old instant ink cartridges and make sure you have hp regular cartridge and try to enroll into instant ink.
