I bought brand new ink 62 (2 pack) and will not print cyan

HP Recommended

So I bought a brand new 2 pack of ink 62 for my envy 5642. I put it in and went to print photos and they are not printing right so I did a test the ink (in settings) and it will not print cyan at all. I’ve done cleanings and test but it will not and I highly doubt wal mart will let me return the ink. So I’m pretty sure I got a defeated color ink cartridge! Help.
