I called to get help about my instank ink

 I need help with my instant ink subscription as I was billed today for the month of May although I had already terminated my subscription and had not printed anything. When I logged in to check it did indeed say that I was charged and it says that my subscription is terminated and it asked if I would like to re-enroll, and when I called to speak to someone about the issue the person hung up before even speaking to me or letting me speak.

What if?

I can imagine this would happen if you called "not-HP" .

There is only one number for Instant Ink (in our region) -- if you accidentally called a scam site, they would definitely hang up -- they cannot sell you their sneaky software and you know your computer is not full of bugs -- Instant Ink is a scammer desert.
