I can not redeem 9-month free trial of instant ink with a new printer and new HP acc

I just bought an HP Deskjet 4130e All-in-one printer with a 9-month free trial of instant ink. I have set up the printer, created my HP account and registered to a 100-page plan on HP instant ink with my friend's referral url.. However, I can only see 3 months trial period. My 9 monthly trial is not mentioned in my account.

How can I get my free 9 months trial? Thanks!
