I can not update payment method.

HP Recommended
HP Deskjet 2652\
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not update payment method. I do not have the links under "account". I have tried virtual assitant for the past 6 days. I call and no one answers. They direct me to online support. That tells me to go to settings and account. There are no billing links in my account settings. I am homeschooling and I have 4 cartridges
