I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.
For assistance with enrollment, kindly refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Try a different web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.
Make sure the date, time and country settings on the computer are correct.
If the issue persists,
