I keep entering my print code so I can register for instant ink , but it keeps saying my printer is offline but allowing me to print

I would guess the problem is that Web Services is not switched on - or that Web Services is switched on but the service is not responding.

 

There is a fix to the first (Web Services is not switched on)

Open category How to > Turning On Web Services  (Includes “Turn off Web Services” help)

 

 

The main Instant Ink Web site does provide a contact number -

Look to the top right side of the web page, next to Sign-in box.

 Click the Flag to change to your region.

The website provides Instant Ink information, including a link (below the FAQ section) to the all-important Terms of Service Contract
