Hi 

I can't able to remember the email address which i was subscription for monthly payment.I haven't used the printer but still its charging me from my bank account.Please help me

This is a user to user support forum, as such, no one here would have access to any of your subscription information. I suggest you go to the instant ink website and try the Virtual Agent to see it can provide assistance.

There is also a number at the bottom of the page you can call.
