I  cancelled my subscription a month before the end of the trial as I use my printer very little.

I was charged the following month and I cannot remove my card details from their website! This is really bugging me and I want my details gone, but the only option offered is to change my payment details.

Please give me the protocol to remove my information. And please don't tell me to go on the instant ink site, it redirects you immediately to HP smart where you can only manage, not delete payment info.

Thanks for your help.
