I can't seem to get to my Instant Ink Account

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Instant Ink account, but b/c of the CV-19 virus, everyone is working from home, and I need to adjust my account, but can't seem to find it... every time i log onto http://instantink.com i'm redirect to https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/

I've clicked on every link to see if i can find it so i can adjust my plan, but it doesn't seem to recognize that I do have an existing account, and wants me to re-sign up for it.  Can someone help?  I would imagine that if i were to click on list icon in the upper right, i could see something but i end up checking my account under settings and don't see anything referring to my current Instant Ink plan...
