I cancelled instant Ink as I was being charged but not receiving ink. Installed a new black cartridge and printer wont let me print says contact instant ink

The steps to release the printer from Instant Ink include removing all the Instant Ink cartridges from the printer, purchasing and installing new HP cartridges.

 

Stop Web services.
