HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer

I just bought this printer today. I was setting it up and it was going well, but then when doing the alignment, it wouldn't align. I kept trying to align the printer but it kept failing and then all of the sudden it said it was good? I don't understand what happened. and then it said I was good to print stuff out and so I printed out one piece of paper but it didn't print all the way through. ALSO THE INSTANT INK SUBSCRITPTION IS SOME **bleep** (sorry for the curse word but I am mad). I went to my account to remove my printer to reset it up, but it said I needed to cancel my subscription, AND SO I DID THAT AND TRIED TO REMOVE MY PRINTER BUT IT KEPT SAYING I NEEDED TO END THE SUBSCRIPTION BUT I ALREADY DID THAT???? I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!! IM REALLY MAD BECAUSE I NEED TO PRINT OUT SOME IMPORTANT PAPER BUT THE PRINTER IS NOT WORKING. IT IS A BRAND NEW PRINTER AND EVERYTHING

I'd like to help!

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

If you have canceled the subscription already, 

 

And here's what you need to know & do:

 

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

 

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

 

when done successfully, check if it works fine.
