I cannot access the sign in page.

HP Recommended

I need to access the sign in page but it isn't working. Every time I try to log in through the page, it takes me straight back to the sign up page. I cannot access my account or my ink status and shipping information because of this. And it happens all the time. And i'm still getting billed from hp instant ink and I cant even see my account. If someone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
