I want to adjust my Instant Ink account but I keep getting an error that I cannot connect to the account. 

There is no problem with my internet or other connections.

I see that you would like to make changes to the Instant Ink account.

Kindly refer to - HP Instant Ink - Manage your account

 

Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

Try different web browsers like Google Chrome or Firefox if you have issues to access the account page.

I cannot connect to my instant ink account. the error page says the website is busy but it has been busy for 4 days. what is going on?

Are you trying to login to your Instant Ink account?

You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

Try using a different browser to check if that helps.
