I have a HP5740 e-all in one printer. It prints fine. I have ink, my internet is connected and wifi is up and running. HOWEVER, my online account shows the printer is OFFLINE. It is not offline - I have not found an easy way to fix this. It seems to have record of print jobs I did three days ago so it worked then. What is going on and how do I correct this account error?
