macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have been asked to update my billing and as such cannot print.  I have been given 2 different places to look, one via e-mail and another via the chat bot, neither of these options appear:

The chat bot says:

1.sign into your instant ink account

2. Open Account in the left menu.

3. Click Billing, and then Change Payment Method.

There is no 'account' on the left menu

The e-mail says:

  • Click on Change Billing Information on the right side of the screen (you may need to scroll down).

  1. Click Change Payment Method and complete the form. Click Save.

There is NO billing information on the right hand side

I'm at my wits end going round in circles with the chat bot, PLEASE can someone help?  Many, many thanks
