My computer printer and all hp apps and help pages I go to shows color ink very low And been low for over a month now almost 2.. is unusable!!! I have tried support of EVERY KIND TO GET SOMEONE, either virtual or real to listen to me and send me the correct ink, COLOR ink, but still have been unsuccessful in my attempts. I am a loonnngg time ho instant ink user and have been somewhat happy with the service up until about 3 or so months ago…. I am considering canceling y subscription with instant ink if this continues on this way.. on and the virtua agent is a freaking nightmarish joke! Doesn’t knw if she is coming or going or what the hell she is doing but never has a helpful answer to give this far!

I see that you are waiting for a replacement color ink cartridge from Instant Ink. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
