Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the last several days, I cannot log in to my HP instant ink account. Message is "this invitation is no longer valid.  Contact your printer administrator for a new invitation."  This is a personal computer.  have no administrator.

Nothing has changed on my end.  Same printer.  Printer still works.  Problem is  connecting with the HP smart ink website.

I had the same problem and message.

 

Problem seems to be a recent one with Edge as I can still access my account with Chrome.

 

Edge still gives the error message.

Interesting reply.  Based on your information, I was able to sign into my instant ink account using Edge.  I do not use Edge normally.  I use Google Chrome. (So, my  problem seems to be the opposite of your response--yes on Edge, no on Google Chrome).   At least now I can access my HP account on Edge until this problem is fixed.. Thank you.

Update....now today, I cannot login in to my HP Instant Ink account on either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.  On Edge, I can pull up the sign in page, but when I enter my log in information, the screen goes blank when I enter it

I've disabled all the adblockers I was using and both Chrome & Edge now work fine.

Tried above suggestion re ad blockers.  Still locked out on HP Instant Ink website on both Chrome and Bing.  Cannot get past log in page now..  Page goes blank when I enter password.

I've got the same issue.  I tried contacting HP for support but their whatsapp chat has an issue and the bot isn't working and when I tried to get them to call me, they closed the case saying that I hadn't answered the phone.

 

Having read the responses here, I have tried opening in Edge and it worked. I wonder if they have pushed through an update and that's what has caused the issue.

Update...today I can log into my account using Edge.  I do not normally use Edge, but at least I can access my HP Instant Ink account.  I still cannot access my HP Instant Ink account using Chrome.  I get the same message about " this invitation is no longer valid, etc. 

 

Also, I did reboot my computer before  trying to access my HP ink account today.  Access to my HP ink account is still a problem on Chrome.

Update today...still cannot access HP Smart Ink account on Google Chrome.  Now, I can log into my HP ink account, and it looks like the page is going to open.  Then I get the same message..."this  invitation is no longer valid...etc.  I can access my account today on Edge.  Problem remains on Google Chrome.

As of today, 6/29/23, I am still unable to log in to my HP instant ink account on Google Chrome.  Message and problem is the same as all my previous posts on this problem..
