I have purchased ink cartridges from a store. I have canceled instant ink. I still get an error that the cartridges are instant ink. BTW, I was getting an error before I even canceled instant ink, that is why I canceled (that and because its a big ripoff)

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What was the error message you saw before you cancelled the Instant Ink?  What is the current error message?

 

What cartridges are you using?  Are they HP or third party?
