I am enrolled in instant ink. Everytime I try to sign into my account to check how many pages I have printed,  I get a message that says " Something went wrong. Sign out and try again"

I see that you are not able to log in to your Instant Ink account.

Have you tried using a different web browser or a different device? 

Make sure the login credentials are correct and the device is connected to the internet. 

 

You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
