The account page that opens when I sign in has no option at all related to my payment method. Virtual assistant is no help, and when it tries to connect me with an HP person, it eventually returns the message that it is "having an issue" and asks me to try again later. I have done this over a period of about two weeks and cannot break through to anyone who can help.
