Product: HP DeskJet 3721 All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have been trying since September 2024 for anyone to get back to me....it constantly says your phone lines are unavailable....and every time I message I get ignored and the problem persists. 

I am trying to give you guys money for the instant ink profile! You guys are the ones losing money every month you don't reply.. I havent been able to print now since September 24 and its now May 2025!! Could someone please reply to me and maybe give me some free months since I haven't been able to use my account or print in months.

I'd like to help you with your Instant Ink issue.

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this. 

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
